Protection of personal data
If you are my customer, news subscriber, or site visitor, you entrust me with your personal information. I am responsible for their protection and security. Please review privacy, policies, and rights that you have in connection with the GDPR.
Who is the administrator?
I am Veronika Součková, ID 06455085, placed at Kamenická 655/54, 170 00, Praha 7 – Holešovice, registered at the Prague 7 City District Office under reference number S UMCP1 158087/2017. I process your personal data as an administrator, ie I determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and I choose other processors who will help me with processing.

I declare that, as the administrator of your personal data, I comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and that:
I will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular legitimate interest, performance of the contract, statutory obligation or granted consent,
I am obliged to fulfill the obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR prior to processing personal data,
I will and will support you in exercising and enforcing your rights under the Data Protection Act and the GDPR
Scope of personal data and processing purposes
I process personal information you entrust to me from the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
● provision of services, performance of the contract
your personal information to the extent of: we need an email and a name to perform the contract
(eg sending access to the application, sending online course, etc., delivery of goods).
If you are customers, we need your personal information (billing information), to comply with the legal obligation to issue and register tax documents.
● marketing - sending newsletters
Your personal information (email and name), gender, what you click on and when it is most often you are using for direct marketing purposes - sending business communication. If you are our customer, we do so from a legitimate interest, as reasonably ee assume that you are interested in our news for 50 years from the last orders.
If you are not our customer, we only send you newsletters based on yours for 50 years from the date of grant. In both cases, you can revoke this consent using the opt-out link in each email you send.
● advanced consent marketing
We can only send you inspiring offers based on your consent third parties or use an email address such as remarketing and ad targeting Facebook, for 50 years after giving consent. Of course, it can be at any time recall via our contact details.
We retain your personal information for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law provides for a longer period of time to retain it, or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.
Security and privacy
I protect personal information to the maximum extent possible with the use of modern technology that is appropriate to the degree of technological development. I protect them as if they were my own. I have accepted and maintained all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, damage or destruction of your personal information.
Providing personal data to third parties
My co-workers have access to your personal information. To provide specific processing operations that I cannot provide.
I use processors' services and applications that can protect data even better than I do, and specialize in the processing.

It is possible that in the future I will choose to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. However, I promise you that in such a case, when choosing, I will put at least the same security and quality of processing as on myself.
Transferring data outside the European Union
We process data solely in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on the European Commission decision.
Your rights in relation to personal protection data

You have the right for information that is already fulfilled by this privacy information page.
Thanks to the right of access, you can ask me at any time and I will provide you with 30 days to process which your personal data and why I collect.
If something is changed for you or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to add and change your personal information.
You can use the right to limit processing if you believe that I'm processing your inaccurate data, you think I'm doing processing, but you do not want to delete all data or if you object to processing. You may limit the scope of personal information or processing purposes. (For example, signing out of the newsletter limits the purpose of processing for sending business messages.)
Right to portability
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will do the same as using the right of access - except that I will send you the information in a machine-readable form. I need at least 60 days here.
Your next right is the right to be deleted. I don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do it. In this case, I will delete all your personal data from myself and from my system and from the system of all sub-processors and backups. I need 30 days to secure the deletion right.
In some cases, I am bound by a statutory obligation and, for example, I have to register the issued tax documents for a period set by law. In this case, they will erase all such personal data that is not bound by another law. I will inform you about the completion of the deletion by e-mail.
Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that I am not treating your data lawfully, you are entitled to contact the Data Protection Office at any time. I will be glad if you first inform me about this suspicion, so that I can do something about it and correct the error.
Sign out of newsletters and business messages
I am sending you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are my customer on my legitimate interest.
If you are not yet a customer, I am only sending them to you based on your consent. In either case, you can stop subscribing to my emails by pressing the opt-out link in each email you send.
I would like to assure you that our employees and co-workers who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. At the same time, this confidentiality persists even after the termination of the contractual relationship with us. No other personal data will be released without your consent to third party.
